Butt and bead wall panels made to order in Northampton: Black Butt and Bead Wall Panels are machined on our CNC routers and delivered across England, Scotland and Wales. Each sheet is machined with a butted edge and a bead detail at every joint, giving the crisp, formal Georgian bead line associated with traditional panelled rooms. Manufactured from black through-dyed MDF, available in sheet sizes of 2400 x 600, 2400 x 400, 1200 x 600, 1200 x 400, thicknesses of 10mm, 12mm, 19mm.

The colour runs right through the board, so routed beads and cut edges stay black without spray finishing or edge banding.

Supplied unfinished so cut edges can be left raw or sealed and painted to suit. Ideal for dark, dramatic living rooms, dining rooms and staircase feature walls. Every sheet is CNC-machined, hand-checked and batch-matched so long wall runs line through correctly.
