Fluted MDF panels made to order in Northampton: Black Fluted Wall Panels are machined on our CNC routers and delivered across England, Scotland and Wales. Deep, evenly spaced vertical flutes are routed into the face of every sheet, casting soft shadow lines that add depth and rhythm to a feature wall. Manufactured from black through-dyed MDF, available in sheet sizes of 2400 x 600, 2400 x 400, 1200 x 600, 1200 x 400 and thicknesses of 9mm, 19mm.

The colour runs right through the board, so routed flutes and cut edges stay black without spray finishing or edge banding.

Supplied unfinished so cut edges can be left raw or sealed and painted to suit. Ideal for bedroom feature walls, media walls, bars, reception areas and retail fit-outs. Every sheet is CNC-machined, hand-checked and batch-matched so long wall runs line through correctly.
