Ribbed MDF panels made to order in Northampton: Black Ribbed Wall Panels are machined on our CNC routers and delivered across England, Scotland and Wales. Narrow, closely pitched ribs are routed across the face of each sheet for a fine, contemporary texture that reads well in both daylight and downlighting. Manufactured from black through-dyed MDF, available in sheet sizes of 2400 x 575, 2400 x 400, 1200 x 575, 800 x 400 and thicknesses of 12mm, 19mm.

The colour runs right through the board, so routed ribs and cut edges stay black without spray finishing or edge banding.

Supplied unfinished so cut edges can be left raw or sealed and painted to suit. Ideal for media walls, hotel and office receptions, headboard walls and commercial interiors. Every sheet is CNC-machined, hand-checked and batch-matched so long wall runs line through correctly.
