Butt and bead wall panels made to order in Northampton: Fire Rated Butt and Bead Wall Panels are machined on our CNC routers and delivered across England, Scotland and Wales. Each sheet is machined with a butted edge and a bead detail at every joint, giving the crisp, formal Georgian bead line associated with traditional panelled rooms. Manufactured from fire rated (FR / Euroclass B) MDF, available in sheet sizes of 2400 x 600, 2400 x 400, 1200 x 600, 1200 x 400, thicknesses of 9mm, 12mm, 18mm.
The fire rated core is specified for commercial fit-outs, escape routes, HMOs and any project where a Euroclass B reaction-to-fire rating is required by building control.
Supplied unfinished and ready to prime, so you can paint the panels in any colour to match your scheme. Ideal for hotel corridors, offices, reception areas and communal stairwells. Every sheet is CNC-machined, hand-checked and batch-matched so long wall runs line through correctly.
