Tongue and groove wall panels made to order in Northampton: Black Tongue and Groove Wall Panels are machined on our CNC routers and delivered across England, Scotland and Wales. Each sheet is machined with a butted edge and a half groove detail at every joint, so neighbouring boards meet to form one continuous V-joint line across the wall. Manufactured from black through-dyed MDF, available in sheet sizes of 2400 x 600, 2400 x 400, 1200 x 600, 1200 x 400, thicknesses of 9mm, 12mm, 19mm.

The colour runs right through the board, so routed grooves and cut edges stay black without spray finishing or edge banding.

Supplied unfinished so cut edges can be left raw or sealed and painted to suit. Ideal for hallways, bathrooms, boot rooms and dado-height runs in period and new-build homes. Every sheet is CNC-machined, hand-checked and batch-matched so long wall runs line through correctly.
