Butt and bead wall panels made to order in Northampton: Wide Groove Butt and Bead Wall Panels are machined on our CNC routers and delivered across England, Scotland and Wales. Each sheet is machined with a butted edge and a bead detail at every joint, giving the crisp, formal Georgian bead line associated with traditional panelled rooms. Manufactured from standard grade MDF, available in sheet sizes of 2400 x 600, 2400 x 400, 1200 x 600, 1200 x 400, thicknesses of 9mm, 12mm, 2 finishes (Unprimed, Primed).

The wider bead spacing gives fewer, bolder vertical lines than the standard profile — a better fit for large walls and high ceilings where a fine pitch would read as busy.

Supplied unfinished and ready to prime, so you can paint the panels in any colour to match your scheme. Ideal for double-height hallways, large dining rooms and period restorations. Every sheet is CNC-machined, hand-checked and batch-matched so long wall runs line through correctly.
