Ribbed MDF panels made to order in Northampton: Wide Ribbed Wall Panels are machined on our CNC routers and delivered across England, Scotland and Wales. Ribs are routed across the face of each sheet at a wider pitch, giving a bolder, more sculptural texture than the standard ribbed profile. Manufactured from standard grade MDF, available in sheet sizes of 2400 x 600, 2400 x 400, 1200 x 600, 800 x 600 and thicknesses of 12mm, 18mm.

The wider pitch produces deeper shadow lines that hold their definition on large feature walls viewed from a distance.

Supplied unfinished and ready to prime, so you can paint the panels in any colour to match your scheme. Ideal for media walls, receptions, headboard walls and commercial interiors. Every sheet is CNC-machined, hand-checked and batch-matched so long wall runs line through correctly.
